He holds a BA in Business Administration from Concordia University in Austin, TX where he played baseball for the Tornadoes. He also attended McMurry University his Freshman and Sophomore year, winning the 2008 ASC baseball championship his freshman year.

This comprises directing legal staff; supervising client relations; overseeing and managing active cases and co-counsel relationships; and overseeing the Firm’s compliance program. Herrole also includes direction of, and responsibility for, risk management; regulatory compliance; legal ethics; commercial contracts; employment issues; and leadership in other legal and business matters.

Shannon’s prior experience included a partnership with a top-tier law firm in Phoenix in the Corporate & Business Law Department, and a 9-year stretch as Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel with an established company in the marine logistics and commercial construction industries. Shannon earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a Member of the North Carolina Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in Political Science. Shannon is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
